Poor performance on GT Metrix

Is it because of the theme or because of ads displaying in the site:
but, vital score is okay as shown by ezoic https://prnt.sc/CZXJyLC-pVlN .

Thanks for getting in touch! May we ask why you are not looking at your Core Web Vital scores instead as these will give you a more accurate result as they are based on Field Data instead of Lab Data.

Additionally I can see that you do not have Ezoic Leap Optimization enabled, I would advise enabling this:

Core web vitals are taken over a 28-day period. I recommend working on the recommendations on the Leap home page, as this may help with increasign te speed of the site.
