Cache Hit suddenly dropped

Hi - my cache hit rate mysteriously dropped. I have not being doing too much on my blog lately so I'm pretty sure I did not change anything (although it's possible I did without knowing...). Snapshot of settings below.
I'm not sure how to trouble shoot this and would appreciate any help.

Taking a look at your site it appears that there is something caching in front of Ezoic causing a drop in your cache rate. To begin, could you please disable any caching from plugins or your host?

Thanks for looking at this.
That's weird. Just checked Siteground and Caching and CDN is off. And checked WP Rocket and CDN is not enabled there. So I'm not entirely sure where this new caching has appeared from!

Hi there! It looks WP Rocket's caching is present on the site so I would recommend double checking that all caching features in WP Rocket are fully disabled. There might be HTML caching or something similar still happening which is causing the Ezoic cache not to hit.
