Transfer My website from "OrangeHost" To Ezoic Hosting

Hi everyone I want to transfer my website from "OrangeHost" to Ezoic Hosting. I know everything about how I can transfer my website to Ezoic. Ezoic needs SFTP for migrating a site, but the problem is that OrangeHost does not provide me with any SFTP information; they give me FTP information, which is accepted by Ezoic. Can anyone tell me what would be the solution now?

What happens when you try to input the FTP information, are you getting any errors?
