Payment not recieved through Payal

Hi, please help me know why I did not receive the payment due in June. In the payment history tab there is a debit amount shown, but nothing is received through PayPal. Please help.

Thanks for reaching out. You were not paid out due to the fact that the payment threshold is set at $500. Additionally, you're on the net 90 payout plan. This meaning that once you hit the payment threshold, it will be 90 days until you are paid out. You may want to lower the threshold on your account.

Hi I have not received the payment this month also. I have lowered the threshold and selected Net 30 Payout plan. Can you please help?

ketan0 I have taken a look into this for you and it looks like the changes that you have made to your payment settings may have been made on the 15th of the month. We ask that any changes to settings are done before this time and if not the payment will roll over to the following month. many thanks
