Site not loading

Hello my site is not loading. Everything is fine with hosting. Probably some record issue with Ezoic. Please help to identify and fix the issue. Thanks!

Thanks for reaching out! I see that your SSL is currently not functioning. Are you planning to use the SSL from Ezoic, or would you like to continue using the hosts SSL certificate?

syedsarmadali Thank you we have checked and the Ezoic SSL is active, however the site is still down.

As such I edited my host files to bypass Ezoic and load your site directly from your host provider. The site was still down.

This indicates that the issue is not coming from Ezoic and is likely coming from your hosting provider.

You can edit your own host files you check this, there is a guide on how to do this here: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-edit-your-hosts-file

Thanks for providing that information. After changing your A records to the provided IP address, I am still unable to access your site. Could you please share a screenshot of all of your DNS records as they appear at your host?

Hello Syed,

It seems that your website is not pointed to the correct A record IP within the Ezoic panel. Please ensure that the domain is pointed towards 35.206.76.172 within the Ezoic service so that it resolves to the correct server.

This suggests there are NO issues with your SiteGround server. More likely the issue reported is due to DNS propagation if Ezoic have updated the A-record of the domain correctly. You can find the DNS records for lyricsoflife.co in Site Tools - Domain - DNS zone editor.

For your convenience, I provide a screenshot of the DNS records the domain s currently using:

You an provide those to Ezoic if needed. Make sure the domain's A-record is pointed to our server IP address (35.206.76.172) in Ezoic.

The site is now pointing to that IP address and the site is currently up! If you're still seeing the site inactive, please try clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
