Does the new owner intend to sign up for Ezoic as well?
In that case, the process to have the domain released from the account is much easier completed by the new owner.
They'd need to remove integration as soon as possible (we can't release a domain if it's integrated) and then have them prove ownership briefly by adding a verification phrase to their site.
We'd want to have them contact us directly to have that completed.
If you're still in possession of the site, we can do that with you as well.
If you'd like to proceed with removing the domain yourself, please let us know - we'd need to open a support ticket so that personal information / account verification can take place. For security/privacy reasons, we have to verify the request.
