Hello! i need technical support to improve my cls mobile score

I am facing an issue with core web vitals espacialy cls score for mobile is 0.27 which is causing serious issues like traffic is 30% down along with revenue since this issue arise.. i tried to resolve but this is getting more damaging every day passed! Anyone can help ??

zahid152 Hello Heather here I hope you are well. I have taken a look at your account and can see that there are a number of steps that you can take to improve your core web vital scores. As a first step please work through these steps https://community.ezoic.com/d/3808-access-now-success-how-do-i-get-my-core-web-vitals-to-green and then wait two weeks to see if that improves your scores.

how can i reach out directly to the Leap team ? i tried but the issue is still here i contact ezoic support and they said they create a task for technical team to look at the issue but its almost a day passed and still no response from their team thats why i post here

zahid152 Ah I see thank you for clarifying, I have taken a look into your account and can see that the technical team have created the technical ticket for you yesterday which you have responded to today.

I can understand why you are looking to get a quick response on this ticket, the technical team have a heavy work load and it can take between two to three days for the ticket to come to the top of the queue and for them to work on that query and then respond.

I have taken a look at your concerns around the CLS scores impacting your sites traffic. The CLS score on mobile dropped on the 14th June from Amber to red and in this same time period the traffic has dropped by 6.27%

The page that has had the biggest drop of 14.95% of visits has a Green CLS score of 0.007. Many of your pages that have a red mobile CLS score have seen an increase in their visits over this time period.

And so whilst improving your CLS scores is something that is important to resolve the issues with your revenue and traffic drop are unconnected to the CLS scores themselves.

so basically you are saying that the issue with cls is not affecting the traffic and revenue ? then why what is the reason almost 30% of my trafic is down since 4 days and it is decreasing day by day and i cant find the problem i dont know what is happening,,, also i am deeply concerned about the my success manager she even dont reply when ever i contacted her

traffic is derceasing since 19 june and now every passing day its sharply decreasing and i dont know what is happening ,when i contact to ezoic suport they say its normal nothing to worry but trust me its not normal , something is wrong and i am worried ,,you people atleast invetigate and tell me what happen to the site ,,now see the graph

this type of sharp decline i never witnessed since the i am using ad network , i am afraid its beginning of something or it is some kind of technical error

zahid152 Looking at your traffic from the 19th June and comparing it to the previous period we can see a decline in your traffic of 24.91%. There can be a number of reasons for this, I have listed them below for you:

1) The main portion of your traffic comes from India and from research that I have done there is a big holiday there on the 28th June. We often see drops off in traffic around holiday times as people change their patterns of behaviour to spend more time with family or preparing for the festivities than online. If you have data from the same period last year I would recommend double checking this year to last to see what the patterns are.

2) There has been increased volatility in the Google search rankings over the past couple of months. You can read more about the latest ones in June here and how it has been impacting people: https://www.seroundtable.com/google-search-ranking-algorithm-update-fluctuations-35551.html For your site I can see that it has dropped down in the search rankings for many of your keywords. Using NicheIQ Topics and creating Flickify videos can help you turn this around.

3) I would recommend checking that you have enough seasonal content within your site. The top landing pages for your site don't contain any of the keywords or topics that I would expect to see within your sites niche.
