I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I am currently facing with the email configuration in my DNS settings, which is affecting the outgoing email authentication and causing a warning message to be displayed to the recipients.
A few months ago, I successfully resolved this problem by replacing the Gmail email address (paytolet.com@gmail.com) with my domain's official email address (contactcenter@paytolet.com), which was working as at then and email and newsletter goes to inbox and the outgoing emails did not display any dangerous labels or warnings, and the authentication process worked as intended.
But now I recently noticed that the DNS settings have been changed back to the Gmail email address (paytolet.com@gmail.com), and this change has caused the problem to resurface. As a result, outgoing emails are now displaying the following warning message to the recipients:
"Be careful with this message. The sender hasn't authenticated this message, so Gmail can't verify that it actually came from them. Avoid clicking links, downloading attachments, or replying with personal information."
I kindly request the assistance of the Ezoic support team in resolving this problem promptly. To rectify the issue, I would appreciate it if you could update the email address in the DNS configuration to "contactcenter@paytolet.com," which is my domain's official email address. By making this change, I believe the outgoing emails will once again be properly authenticated, and the warning message will no longer appear.
This do affect and cause trust issues. It is crucial for our startup to maintain a professional image and prevent any unnecessary concerns or doubts regarding the authenticity of our outgoing communications.
Thank you for your attention to this matter. I greatly appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring the proper authentication of outgoing emails
