Support Board WordPress integrating affecting Ezoic

Hi,

I just purchased Support Board, which is a chatbot, for my website. When the plugin is enabled, it causes Ezoic to ignore the pages I have defined to not show ads on. Long story short, when the plugin is enabled Ezoic puts ads on all my pages.

I have the pages that I don't want to show ads on defined in Settings > Content > Excluded Pages.

The Support Board plugin is currently disabled. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

danimal1335 If you haven't done so already, can you reach out to the plugin developers and let them know of the issue? If there is anything they can find from their end, we can let our engineers know as well so they can try to troubleshoot with all the information they can get.

I was thinking about reaching out to them, but the functions of their plugin work so I don't know if they would be willing to help.

Could you please try adding the URLs to the Disable Ads By Page App?

Hi there! I'm not quite sure what might be going on in this case, but it sounds like something in the support board plugin is overriding Ezoic's page rules. To clarify, is the plugin active on the entire site, or is it only affecting certain pages like the home page, contact page etc.? Is there overlap between the pages it's affecting and the pages Ezoic is operating on?
