I have an instance of the Revive adserver on a subdomain https://adserver.hrreview.co.uk/. This is used to serve ads to email campaigns. It seems to have stopped saving changes and is playing up in other ways since we started with Ezoic. Would the nameserver changes or other set up and config changes by Ezoic have affected this? I did notice a load of ads appear on the server screens and switched these off but that does suggest Ezoic is doing something on the subdomain site.

BlackandWhite I believe when you integrated with us, the subdomain was probably included in the Ezioc DNS records which then was given the ability to show ads on there as well. We can turn it off from our side for you if you wish.
Hi - yes please seperate that subdomain from any activity - it only has internal users anyway so there won't be any ad viewers! Hopefully that will help.
Are you using a different ad network on this subdomain, or is this basically a developer-side subdomain?
I use it to sever banners to emails. These are in house promotions or direct sales to site sponsors.
BlackandWhite It looks like ads have been disabled from our side for the subdomain. Can you confirm if this is the case?
