Hello ezoic team, I haven't received my payment yet. What could be the problem?.

kyleoyier Ah that's great thank you so much for confirming this. Ezoic works on a net 30 day basis which means any earnings you make in June wont be paid out by Ezoic until the end of July. With the May payment there was less than $20 there and so this has rolled over until your next payment. This article explains more about this including the date each month when Ezoic releases the payment and how many days later you can expect the payment to be made into your account depending on the payment method that you have chosen: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/ezoic-payments many thanks

But I already passed net 30 in may and i have been making little revenue since january. So in my account it show that I already passed net 30 in May which is 34 dollars which was to be paid in june

It even shows upcoming payment - june, which i was expecting my May revenue to be paid

kyleoyier I have heard from the team and they have said that they initiate payments on the 27th. Paypal takes 3-5 business days to show in your account and so it will be Wednesday 5th July PST before the money shows in your account. Please note that it is a Public holiday in the USA on the 4th July and so this is why there will be an additional delay in the payments this month. many thanks

hey i have a problem about paying my payments i have seen that my payments returned and i dont know why i hope someone answering me and i need to ask a question will it happens because i havent verified my account yet ? or it is not related ?

mohamed_55 Hello Heather here I hope you are well. I have taken a look and the reason why the payments have failed is down to Paypal setting the status to failed. Please can you reach out to them and see if there is anything you need to do within your Paypal account and we can then go from there? many thanks
