Cant change payment settings

Dear,
I want to change payment settings from payoneer to wise. I've select the dropdown from payoneer to bank transfer with wise. I've filled all the required field and press the save button. I've got the successful message of my payment settings has been changed. But the next time i go to payment settings i see the settings didnt changed. It shows payoneer. I've tried several times but failed. Please help me to change the payment settings.
