asp Hi there, Have they given any reason as to why they do not whitelist these?
Ezoic is compatible with Cloudflare integration if you would like to do as they have suggested. However Ezoic would act as the main proxy so your host may still block Ezoic requests.
Before you do I have taken a look at your site on your origin server IP by Editing my host file to point directly to your new host IP you have added to Ezoic. This allows me to view the site without Ezoic. Looking at the site headers on your origin IP i can see that it looks like you are using litespeed caching. Can you please disable this as this caching is not compatible with Ezoic and will affect other tools once we resolve your origin error.
I also noticed that your site on your origin server did not have an SSL setup and wasn't using HTTPS. Because of this i checked your Ezoic SSL setup and noticed it was set to FULL. When there is no SSL at your host this should be set to Flexible you can read more about this here: Using SSL with Ezoic
Upon updating this i can see it looks like this has resolved the origin server issue you have been facing and i can now access the site on Ezoic servers. Are you seeing this also? (please clear your cache and cookies if not)
As Heather has mentioned when you see these errors this Guide is great for helping to Fix origin Errors Be sure to always check your DNS records and SSL setup first 🙂
As I have mentioned this looks to be resolved so you should not need to switch hosts or change your type of integration.
