SyedS Hi there,
I can see you have shared your Ezoic DNS records this is the copy we have at Ezoic that should match your host. However you should check that these records match your host. This is a common misunderstanding amongst some hosts regarding how Ezoic works.
Ezoic is acting as a proxy but does not manage your site. Your site is still controlled at the host; the way this works is you switch out your current name server addresses for the Ezoic name servers (located in your Dashboard). This allows Ezoic to split traffic at the DNS record level and send some users to see Ezoic versions of the site. Just because your name servers are pointed to Ezoic, does not mean we become your hosting company. Your hosting company remains the same.
More info you can share with your host here: Ezoic Name Server Integration
When you see the records at your host you can then update them in Ezoic. here is a guide to help with this.
It does look like the IP we have for your site in Ezoic isnt correct because when i connect directly to the Ip by editing my host file I am seeing the error still. This indicates its either host server down or the IP we have for your site is not correct.
Please check the records in Ezoic match your host and let us know once you have updated them if you are still seeing the error.
