I had 1 payment canceled by Payoneer.
Is it possible to reissue my last payment? I have switched my account to receive using Wise. Thanks in advance.
NWolf I believe since you switched payment methods, we will need to request a release from Payoneer so that they can remove the link to our account. I will go ahead and let our payments team know that you changed methods so they can contact Payoneer. We'll update again in the thread when it's done.
Also reissue the payment sent by ezoic, which was canceled by payoneer.
NWolf Hi there, we have heard back from the team. They have been able to update this and release Payoneer. As payment method changed your payment will roll over to the next payment run at the end of the month. You can see in your payment history that the payment return is showing and will be added to Julys payment.
