Hi there! If your country does not require a Tax ID number you can simply input all zeros instead, so 000000000 would work in this case.
If your payment settings had changed this may have affected the tax information. But this tax information is required in order to process and send payments. I hope this helps clear things up!

You'll just want to make sure that everything on the tax information is correct. If so, then yep, your next payment will include the delayed months as well!
