Error establishing a database connection

Please my website keeps showing this error message since yesterday "Error establishing a database connection".

I contacted my hosting company and they requested that I disconnect Cloudflare integration on the affected website, and when I tried disconnecting the Cloudflare from my Ezoic settings it displayed this warning prompt "Warning
Disconnecting CloudFlare will break your site's connection with Ezoic. If you're running into any issues, please contact us first before disconnecting CloudFlare."

Please I need your kind assistance to get my website fixed to start working fine again.

benadine Thank you for taking the time to do this. As a next step please can you confirm the settings of the SSL certificate at your host? The settings will either say full, Flexible or strict.

benadine Great thank you for letting me know, please can you send over a list of your plugins that you have on your site?

And alongside this ask your host to check the following:

1) that Ezoic Ips are whitelisted https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-fix-origin-errors
2) that Litespeed cache isn't on your site
3) that your site doesn't have APO switched on
