Resetting Previous Ezoic Configuration

I made some changes to my site (switched hosts and have new dns configs) and I am attempting to re-enable my ezoic setup so that I can display ads on my site.

I updated my dns configs on my Ezoic dashboard to match what the dns records on my new host but I don't see any ads show up.

Is there a guide to walk through resetting your ezoic setup or is there a way I can start from a clean slate?
