The ads on that page are actually coming from AdSense, rather than Ezoic. You can "Inspect Element" on these, depending on your browser, though a good thing to look out for is the funny little arrows at the bottom of the siderails - those tend to indicate that the ads on a page are coming from AdSense directly.
This can sometimes happen if AdSense ads are still present on the original version of the page, but our Ad Tester is removing them when it inserts its own ads. When you add the exclusion rule, the Ezoic ads stop showing; so the AdSense ones appear.
In terms of how to fix this, you can either wrap the ads in Ezoic code which will cause them to obey our Ad Restriction rules (https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-wrap-your-ads), or you can stop these ads from showing via the AdSense dashboard.
