Hi,
Is there anything I need to do at this step? ( screen shot)
Do I wait 3 days or can manually upload the code generated on the page when clicking ' learn more'?

We'll need to wait for the Ezoic cloud to be fully active on your site before the ads.txt can generate - this can typically take up to 18 hours after integration. It looks like you may have Litespeed caching active on your site, this could delay the detection of the Ezoic cloud; so it may be worth temporarily disabling this.
