How to remove .snapshot folder in my hosting

The .snapshot file is an internal back-up folder that we use, in case of emergencies. We don't set a limit on storage for your site, so there's not typically any good reason to delete this. Can I ask why it is that you're wanting to get rid of it?

I facing some virus like that backdoor. Some backup files has are that coding in this folder .snapshot

Could you please give us some more info about the virus? Was it removed and is now stuck in the backups?

some wordpress core file changed. i fix it my self in my knowledge. but its have in backupfiles. so please remove 1st backup files

Hello,
Thanks for your replies. I was able to restore my site and now it's malware free on the live site. However, the backups in the .snapshot folder still have malware files. So if you can remove those old backups for my site PetsFollower.com, that'd be great.
