AND ALSO IN MY EZOIC DNS IT HAS ONE NEW DNS ADDED WHICH IS OF OTHER SITE NAME AND I HAVE NOT ADDED IT.

imrandawa151 Good morning, I have taken a look at your sites DNS records and am not seeing that record within them. Please can you try logging out of your Ezoic dashboard and then clearing your devices cache and cookies and then log in again?

For the error that you are seeing around cookies, please can you confirm the wp admin URL that you are trying to access and I can then exclude it from being on Ezoic? many thanks

I have deleted that extra SPF one that why its not showing there.

imrandawa151 I have excluded that URL from Ezoic using the information in this article: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/excluded-pages-app When I went to that URL I wasn't seeing the same error message that you are. Please can you try clearing your devices cache and cookies and then re-try and this may resolve this error for you.

If this doesn't work please can you reach out to your host and ask them to whitelist the Ezoic IPS at a host and security plugin level. This article can help you with this: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-fix-origin-errors

And i am getting this login error from the time when this ezoic line has been added below. Screen shot has bee attached kindly check it.

Heather Sir you will see that error when you will try to log in by using id and password.

Still getting same error. I have talked to host. and also i have tried by pointing nameserver to my host as previously before attacting ezoic then it is working perfectly but again when i point nameserver to Ezoic getting same error. So host are saying that error is from Ezoic side please help me with this.

imrandawa151 I have taken a look into the error that you were seeing around the privacy policy and it looks like your home page URL was entered into the Privacy app which is why you were seeing the message on your admin page. Please can you set up a privacy page and add the URL into this app https://pubdash.ezoic.com/settings/privacy/privacypolicy

For the whitelist of IPS I have made a note of this on your Ezoic admin settings. Please can you clear your browsers cache and cookies and then re-try your admin link?
