Ads.txt not confirm

On setting up ads.txt file manually from the ezoicAds bar its showing that ads.txt file is ready but under monitization its showing this below message :-

"Ezoic seller entries not detected
Please make sure your ads.txt file is setup correctly, and that Ezoic entries have been added to your existing ads.txt file.

Additional time is needed for the ads.txt file to propagate. "

ytfgh Hello Heather here I hope that you are well. I have taken a look at your ads.txt with Ezoic and can see that it is set up. So that we can help you further please can you confirm why you are looking to set up the ads.txt manually rather than through the automatic process? many thanks

If it is properly setup then why it is not marked as completed in the monetization section?? also I have tried automatic process before, it was showing that some of the entries were missing when I tap validate so tried manual method

ytfgh Clicking on the ads.txt validator is showing that the ads.txt is set up ok https://pubdash.ezoic.com/ezoicads/adtransparency/adstxt do you an ads.txt set up in any other way - through a plugin or through the ads.txt manager account?

No i have setup it up through ezoic's ad manager

Also my google ad manager is approved but its not reflecting on my ezoic account its showing still pending for approval

ytfgh Ah I see - please can you check to see if in the ads.txt ad manager that you have verified Ezoic to be added into your ads.txt?

I have taken a look at your ad manager status and at the moment can see that your account is showing as being approved within your Ezoic account. The domain status wont be able to be checked until the ads.txt for the Ezoic entries has been picked up the Ezoic dashboard.

How can I do that??i don't know if i have added anything, if no how can add please guide me through

ytfgh Sure no problem, please can you go to your ads.txt ad manager account and then click on the button highlighted below and add in Ezoic? Once you have done that please can you send over a screengrab confirming that it has been done.

yeah I have added and now the problem is solved i think, only the thing is not it is showing ad manager domain status is pending
