Adsense Mediation Connected, But Still Shows as "Revenue Issue"

Hi, Adsense Mediation is connected to Google Adsense, but the system is still reporting Adsense Mediation as a "revenue issue" that needs to be fixed. Any idea how to resolve? Thanks!

myhecm Hi there,
For Adsense mediation to be completely linked you will also need to ensure you link your Adsense account to Ezoic.
You can do this under EzoicAds> Adsense/mediation> link your Adsense account, please follow the instructions on your dashboard, once complete this should be fully linked:

Hi Chelsea, thanks for your reply. See attached screenshots. The Adsense Mediation Setup Troubleshooter wouldn't even load on the page yesterday, but I was able to get a little farther with it today. However, it's still hung up on "Step 4: Ads.txt". When I enter my pub-ID and click "Save", the system says "Entry Already Exists" and won't advance to Step 5. Meanwhile, under the Revenue Issues tab, it still shows Adsense Mediation needs to be set up. Thanks!

myhecm Hey there, hope you're doing well today. 🙂 It looks like your AdSense publisher ID was present in your ads.txt, but hadn't been imported to our back-end yet; which had confused the Mediation troubleshooting tool. I've made a few adjustments on our side of things and that appears to have done the trick; Mediation is now ready to go & I'm no longer seeing it listed as an urgent issue.

You should start to see Mediation revenue over the next couple of days (don't panic if you don't see it right away).
