Adsense Showing Ads.txt missing error

I am using Ezoic's Ads.txt manager for the site. However, today my AdSense account is Showing that ads.txt file is missing and it can impact the revenue severely(see the screenshot). This is very important because I am also using the mediation feature. I tried reaching customer support, however, there is no way to contact them if you are below level 2. Does anyone know how I can slove this?
