Transfer to WordPress hosting again

I had recently tried to transfer to WP hosting on ezoic but due to some challenges I was experiencing with my previous hosting company, I had to transfer back.
The problems are now sorted out and I would like to transfer back to ezoic WP hosting however it shows as if I am still hosted with ezoic meaning I cannot set up my new hosting.

AlenaCharity So when going into your WP Hosting Dashboard, it doesn't look like your site is live yet. If you would like to set it live, you will need to set site live! I suggest making sure everything looks correct in the preview site before doing so.
