So depending on your setup its sounds like your site is setup to remove your original ads form Ezoic versions of the site which is why these will likely not being showing. As it would affect Ezoic reporting and optimisations.
There are a couple of things you could do:
1- The best way with this is to use the Mediation app and have your Adsense units compete against Ezoic.
To do this you should wrap all your Adsense ad units in Ezoic code here is a guide on how to do this: How to Wrap your ads. This converts your existing ads into Ezoic placeholders when users visit Ezoic versions of your site.
You should ensure your Mediation Adsense is all setup and not showing pending, If it is showing as pending you should contact your Ezoic representative to help complete this setup. (I have just completed this for your account).
When you see Adsense is all setup in Mediation and you have wrapped your Adsense ads then these ads will compete on Ezoic traffic against Google's Ad Exchange and Ezoic's other ad partners for the ad inventory on your site. Whoever is willing to pay the most wins the impression, ensuring that you're paid the highest amount possible.
On the Ezoic dashboard, you'll see the 'Mediation Ad Partner' earnings reported. Money collected through Mediation will be paid by Google to your own account and be reported in Ezoic as 'mediation earnings'. Any other earnings on your traffic going to your original site are handled separately from Ezoic.
2- As you have mentioned you can change the percentage of traffic and depending on the amount of traffic going to the site you may need to make the percentage great than 1% to Adsense to see any earnings there.
