If you're seeing intermittent origin errors, then I would encourage you to follow the steps in this article, as it's likely that we're experiencing some IP blocking: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-fix-origin-errors. Essentially, it's possible that your host / a security plug-in could be mistaking multiple requests from similar Ezoic IPs as bot traffic, and mistakenly blocking it. If the site is working, I wouldn't worry about this; but if you're still having issues - I would recommend whitelisting the IPs in that article at your host and inside any security plug-in that you have installed on your site.
