< image.png > How do I contact Ezoic? I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years and started seeing this issue this week.

It is odd that this issue is appearing suddenly. I have re-done the integration and this time I am getting completed. I will wait the 18 hours. < image.png >
I believe that the compatibility issue stems from your lack of an SSL at your origin. Could you please either add an SSL at your origin (this will be done by contacting your host) or switch your Cloudflare SSL setting to "Flexible". From there, please go to your Ezoic dashboard> Settings> Privacy>SSL> Edit SSL Settings> Switch to Flexible

100% I have SSL certificate certificates at the origin (15-year expiry). Although there is a proxy server in between.
I will experiment with the new "flexible" setting, however, I am running "strict" on 15+ other servers.

It looks like the DNS records for your site inside Ezoic may be out of date. You'll need to update the DNS records inside Ezoic (Settings > DNS) to match those at your host. This is causing the compatibility error and could lead to your site going down once DNS is fully propagated.

Callahan It looks like you updated the A record to the correct value, so the site is now working for me. I've been able to activate the Ezoic cloud and everything now appears to be working.
