Hi @GreekNike76 - hope you're keeping well!
If you did not already hardcode the placeholders prior to changing themes, there's no way to retroactively go back and do this if you've already changed the theme.
We created those articles so that if/when publishers thought about changing the theme or design of the site, they'd have the information available to them ahead of time by visiting support.ezoic.com or community.ezoic.com proactively.
Once the theme's been changed, you should be using this guide to troubleshoot further: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/do-i-need-to-do-anything-if-ive-already-changed-my-sites-wordpress-theme
We can definitely put the site into the placeholder review queue, but please be aware that it might take longer than the 2-3 days described in that article. We also need to note that the statement being made is NOT that our staff would completely accomplish a new setup on your behalf - just that we'd review the placeholder adjustments you made yourself using that guide after changing the theme to make sure there's no obvious errors. The publisher is still responsible for maintaining their own placeholder setup and using that guide to make sure they've audited the setup, we don't do that for you.
If you can send us any way of identifying which site in your account you are referencing - we can trigger the site into that review queue for you 🙂. You don't have to send the whole domain name, but some kind of distinguishing phrase like: n***am.com or semi*********.com
