Automatically Re- Setup Done

Hello Team,
I already got approval for the website and everything was already setup. Ads were visible on the website and even the revenue was coming. But, today, I get this message again!? Why?

This just means we've managed to finalise any remaining back-end setup on our end to help with your site, but this shouldn't affect how ads were showing on your site already, showing revenue, etc. So not to worry, this just means that our backend items have been completed and your site is still fine :-)
