To update your new IP address, all you need to do is update your DNS records to match those at your new host (such as your IP address). The primary record you'll need to update is your A @ record (but should any other records also require updating, please update these, as well).
You can update these within your dashboard under Settings > DNS. From there, all you need to do to update the IP address is click on the wee pencil icon to the right and change the value of the record.
