UnIntegrate My Site For Deletion

I have Basic Level and I would like to unintegrate and delete my account. I've tried but nothing seems to work. I have removed the Ezoic Wordpress plugin, flushed my cache and I'm still receiving ads. I don't use Cloudflare. I changed my level to Basic level by choice. I originally was integrated by DNS. Please help me to unintegrate and delete my account. I have too few pageviews and it doesn't warrant using ads to monetize my website at this time.

Monica here, sorry to hear you'd like to stop using Ezoic, is there anything in particular I can help you with to get you back up and running?

I noticed that when I go to your site I'm seeing an error, which may explain the lower pageviews you mentioned. I recommend reaching out to your host to get the site back up and running as soon as possible.

In terms of removing basic ads from your site, once your site is back up and running please can you check that you've removed the script that you would have added when you first switched to basic ads? It will look something like this and be located in the head of your html:

Please let me know once you've done this and I can check everything over on my end for you, and help you delete your account if you'd still like to go ahead with this!
