Not possbile to 'complete Adsense mediation'

I have received an email from Ezoic saying that my Onboarding is complete. And Ads have been showing on my site for a while. However, on my Ezoic Ads a 'revenue issue' has been flagged. I'm advised I need to 'complete Adsense mediation'. I resubmitted my site to Adsense for review and it's come back as 'needing attention'. However, I did get an email from Ezoic a few weeks ago, saying that they thought that my site should have passed review, as they couldn't see any issues with this. The onboarding team said that they would ask Adsense to review the site manually. I'm not sure what else I can do to get adsense approval. Is there anything obvious that I'm missing. Thank you.

LesleyAnne Hi there, please can you go to Link your adsense account in your dashboard and follow the steps? We can then take a closer look at the issue in Adsense and advise further!

Thanks Monica, when I go into my Ezoic Adsense Mediation tab, I don't have the option to link to my account. I've attached a screenshot of what I can see. Any thoughts. Thank you Lesley Anne

LesleyAnne Sorry to hear this! Can you try clearing your browser cache and cookies and see if the issue continues?

Thanks for the suggestion. I've cleared the browser cache and cookies and the link still isn't there. Any suggestions?

Further down that page should be our AdSense Troubleshooting tool, which you should be able to move along on to get the necessary link to link your account with your AdSense.

thanks for your suggestion. when I try to copy and paste the link into my browser, I get the message 'The invitation could not be loaded'. I've attached a screen shot of the message. What should I try next? Thank you

Hi there,

It looks like the invitation has expired, these do only last 48 hours, so I have created another one for you, you should recieve that shortly in your emails. Please clear your cache and cookies or open it within and incognito window.
