Issue about low ePMV

My site has 53k traffic monthly but earning is very low. When I receive 1k traffic daily then earnings were 5$ in 1 year age. But recently last 3 months my traffic daily is 2k almost but earnings still remain the same. I think there are some technical issues with ads. Please check the site.
