Hi there, Sarah here.
Most often 404 error while using Ezoic hosting are caused by missing permission in the .htaccess file.
Have you already tried the following steps also outlined in this article: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-fix-hosting-migration-errors
- Retrieve your SFTP credentials from your Ezoic dashboard:
- Navigate to the .htaccess file
- Go into here https://wordpress.org/documentation/article/htaccess/#basic-wp to copy the .htaccess rule basic
- Paste the contents at the bottom of the .htaccess file in SFTP /html directory. If no .htaccess file exists, you’ll have to first create one.
Please let us know if this worked.
