Page With Adsense Issues Keeps being flagged even after disabling Google ads.

Hello, I keep getting this ad policy violation email.

In the last 24 hours:

New violations were detected. As a result, ad serving has been restricted or disabled on pages where these violations of the AdSense Program Policies were found. To resolve the issues, you can either remove the violating content and request a review, or remove the ad code from the violating pages.

When I log into AdSense I see this is the page they are referring to.

So the first time I got the email I disabled ads on this page. I added the page as an exclusion in Adsense so no Google network ads show here. And I'm cool with that. But I keep getting this email do not know more I can do. The code is on my website through SiteCore, and my Google ads are mediated through Ezoic. I'm not sure how I can further exclude any attempt at google ads on this page. But I'm happy to do whatever is needed. I do not want to disable all Ezoic ads though, just Google.

Excluding the pages in AdSense will stop AdSense from bidding on that page, but it won't stop Google ads from showing on those pages. Most of our ads come from Google's Ad Exchange, so the absolute best way to protect your Google account from any violations would be to exclude this page (the amount of revenue you'll earn on it will be very low without Google ads, anyway).

I've reached out to our Platform Quality team, so that they can assess the situation. They may deem it necessary to disable Ezoic Ads on this page; or they may decide that Google are over-reacting and that there's nothing to worry about here. Either way, I'll let you know once I have an update.

NHG Hi there, after speaking with our Platform Quality team - the issue is simply that Google restrict some ads showing on some topics, including articles on weapons. There isn't actually anything that needs to be done on our end, we can continue showing ads. The value of these ads will be lesser, as a lot of Google ad partners won't bid on this content - but you won't have to worry about it impacting your Google account, unless an issue is marked as "Must Fix".
