Compatibility Issues

Hi there,

Yesterday, I integrated my site with Ezoic, but, it is now displaying this compatibility issues message “ We've detected a compatibility issue with keepaquarium.com. Contact us so we can help you resolve this. ”

Initially, there was an error message displaying “ A root record • was not found in your DNS settings. Before integrating, please add in the correct record in your DNS settings. If you're unsure on what it is, please contact your host.” and contacted Cloudways hosting to talk about the issue and they suggested me to add “A records with www and without www” in Ezoic dns settings. After adding of dns records now displaying compatibility issues. You can see both A records in dns setting are showing “No” signs.

I have also noticed site is not running through Ezoic nameservers even I have integrated with my site.

I request you please check the ads.txt settings also.

I've taken a look into this for you and it looks like everything's fine and that our system had falsely flagged a potential issue. I've rectified this and have been able to activate the Ezoic cloud on your site, the compatibility error should now be cleared.
