Humix does not stays turned off for mobile devices

I have created a place folder named 8, and have applied it to desktop only. but the humix id showing for mobile and tabs as well. please look into this. I only want the place holder 8 with its current setting to be shown on the desktop devices only. I need humix to be turned off for mobile and tablet, thanks

I've taken a look into this and can confirm that with your current settings, you shouldn't see any Humix videos on mobile or tablet. I've raised this issue with our developers and have asked them to take a look into this for you.

I'll let you know once I have an update from them.

It may take up to 30 minutes for this to take effect on the live site and you may need to clear your site's cache once that time has passed. prem007 Thanks, I've cleared the cache for you again, and am no longer seeing the video on mobile. Please can you clear your browser cache and cookies and check this again for me? It may be that it just needed a bit more time for the change to pull through. If you're still seeing this please can you share a couple of pages where you're still seeing the video?

prem007 Hi there! I just checked that page on mobile and did not see a Humix video, so this might be a caching issue causing you to still see it. Please try clearing your mobile browser cache and then checking again. You may also want to try clearing the Ezoic cache for that URL to see if that helps as well.
