barryc Hi Barry,
This is a common misunderstanding amongst some hosts regarding how Ezoic works.
Ezoic is acting as a proxy but does not manage your site. Your site is still controlled at the host; the way this works is you switch out your current name server addresses for the Ezoic name servers (located in your Dashboard). This allows Ezoic to split traffic at the DNS record level and send some users to see Ezoic versions of the site. Just because your name servers are pointed to Ezoic, does not mean we become your hosting company. Your hosting company remains the same, you may need to let Godaddy know that.
You should be able to reach out to them directly and ask for your DNS records.
Once you get them all you need to do is update your DNS in Ezoic to match Godaddy. Heres a guide on updating them: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-to-update-add-dns-records-and-subdomains
