Ezoic Plugin integration stopped without notification

Months ago I integrated my website with Ezoic using the WP plugin method (recommended name servers method isn't available using my hosting setup with cloudways). Everything was working fine - not perfect, but analytics was tracking and revenue was being generated. I logged in today to discover that integration had stopped a week ago and I was never notified of any problems. I have attempted to re-integrate, which I don't know what I'm required to do (maybe deactivate the plugin and re-activate it - or remove it and re-install it). I get the message:

This site is not integrated yet.
Additional time is needed to detect integration.

So, I'll check back in a couple hours, but any additional help would be much appreciated. Thank you so much!

simplenuff Please can you check if you have made any recent changes to your site? Please can you also check if there's any incompatible plugins on your site? https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/what-known-caching-plugins-work-or-dont-work-with-ezoic

Yeah, I feel really silly now. This doesn't explain why it stopped in the first place, but in attempting to fix it I realize why I got the message "not integrated yet." I had the message from WP Rocket about incompatibility and thought it was from the Ezoic plugin asking me to deactivate the WP Rocket plugin. When I hit deactivate it was the Ezoic plugin that was closed down and not the other way around. So, it is integrated now but I don't know why it was originally deactivated.

simplenuff Our WordPress integration does tend to incompatible with WP Rocket, which is why they display that message. If you have had WP Rocket on the site, then that's likely why the integration disconnected - as there was likely a conflict at some point. Do you still have WP Rocket active on the site or have you disabled it to allow our integration to work?

I still have WP Rocket active. It has always been there even though I have the conflict message it hasn't ever stopped Ezoic in the past.

Hi there! If it had been working previously, then tentatively I would say you can try leaving it active again to see if it causes any further problems as I do see Ezoic integration is in place now. However, if it starts returning error messages/alerts like you're describing again, then I would recommend disabling WP Rocket at that time to see if that resolves the problem.
