Following hack, restored pages are indexed but not in Google Search Results

Hi there,
Following the hack of my website(s) I have a 80-90% traffic drop on 2 of my website (zebestcoffee.com and zegoodlife.com) which I have difficulties recovering from.

On July 14 zebestcoffee.com was hacked, php files were injected in the filesystem and took over to create a whole new site with 10s of thousands of product pages. I cleaned up everything starting around July 20th.
As of that date zebestcoffe.com has returned to its normal state (I uploaded a backup of before the hack and deleted all added or modified files on the file system) and all the malware files have been removed.

While getting zebestcoffee.com back up and running I stumbled on an issue with the use of the Ezoic proxies and my hosting provider: the Ezoic Ips were refused by my provider and generated "Origin errors", this has finally been sorted out and is no longer a concern as such (see https://community.ezoic.com/d/21010-origin-error-on-wp-admin-page.).

But, ever since solving that issue the traffic is lagging (₈₀% loss compared to pre hack traffic) and is not recovering. Technically, from my point of view, zebestcoffe.com works perfectly, yet I have been at it for 2 or 3 weeks now and can’t figure out what to do, could anybody help me find out what is happening and how to fix it?

If I did things correctly, In google search console I cleared the hacked pages from Google cache , and I temporarily removed the hacked pages from google index.

I have randomly checked my own pages and they seem to be working as usual, I resubmitted my sitemap and no issues came around. In the Search console I have persistent issue with 404s and 500s errors because of the added hacked pages that I removed.

Ever since solving the "Origin errors", daily impressions have dropped from 3000 to ₁₀₀ and my pages don’t appear in Google SERPs for the relevant keywords they used to rank for. I want to stress this is not a case of a drop in ranking, they are just not present in the search results. They do appear on Bing or Yahoo.

Since August 2nd/3rd the origin errors have been fixed and technically the website works fine behind the Ezoic proxy (fast, no errors, etc.). But no traffic ☹ I have tried turning off Ezoic ads, disconnecting from Ezoic servers to no effect.

One thing still showing up in Search console (see Search console indexed pages zebestcoffee.jpg): my version of the website should have 100-200 pages indexed or not indexed, following the hack I am currently at 240 000 not indexed pages and 100 000 pages indexed! 99.9% of these pages do not exist anymore and have been temporarily removed from google on August 3.

My other website zegoodlife.com was also infected but to a lesser extent. Same procedure, I uploaded a backup, deleted all malware files and cleaned whatever needed to be. But same as for zebestcoffee.com, the pre-hack authentic pages don't appear any more in the Google search results (as in they are no where to be found even in the most remote search results). Everything seems fine from a technical point of view and they rank as they did before the hack in Bing or Yaho search results.

Unfortunately, since the site is still facing the issue without Ezoic active and Ezoic doesn't have any part in the serving of your site in Google searches, we likely are unable to assist in resolving this issue. I'd suggest reaching out to your host to assess the issue with how your site is being served.
