For your site speed, I would like to explain that Ezoic's LEAP tool which you are currently using is focusing on improving your Core Web Vitals. As you may know, Google is updating their algorithm to account for sites' Core Web Vitals rather than "speed score" for search rankings. Therefore, it is more important that you focus on improving your Core Web Vitals rather than your speed score. Additionally, I wanted to let you know that although Leap will help give you the right tools to make these improvements, it is not a magic button so you will still need to make additional changes to your site to further improve your scores.
I can see that you still have some problematic technology on your site being detected that are severe to your site speed and Core Web Vitals scores:

I would also like to mention that as you are intergrated via Cloudflare with Ezoic you can continue to use WP Rocket if you want. WP Rocket will only cause issues with Ezoic when you use the Ezoic Wordpress Plugin to integrate your site, which you don't.
