If you are comparing your homepage dashboard revenue to Payment History Earnings this Month. Its worth noting that Your Payment History "Earnings this month" only Show the total for the current month (August) in Ezoic Ad Partner and Premium earnings if you are on Premium. So will only show what Ezoic pays.
The Home dashboard will show all earnings so Ezoic Ad Partners, Mediation and Premium.
If you go to the Earnings report from your homepage you can see the break down and can filter to show only this month earnings:

Your Mediation earnings will be paid by your Mediation Ad Network.
The Mediation app works by letting your own ad network accounts compete on Ezoic traffic against Google's Ad Exchange and Ezoic's other ad partners for the ad inventory on your site. Whoever is willing to pay the most wins the impression, ensuring that you're paid the highest amount possible.
On the Ezoic Dashboard, you'll see the 'Mediation Ad Partner' earnings reported. Money collected through Mediation will be paid by Google to your own account and be reported in Ezoic as 'mediation earnings'. Any other earnings on your traffic going to your original site are also handled separately from Ezoic.
