Hi @pundir - hope you're keeping well!
Let's try to get back on track, because the screenshots you're sharing aren't quite on the path to finding a solution in troubleshooting. We've taken a wrong turn, and need to get back onto the actual issue and how to resolve it.
First, the screenshots of the plugin are irrelevant here - the message you're seeing is related to WordPress caching which isn't needed because you're site is cloud integrated. That's what the message says - you don't need this enabled. 🙂.
The second screenshot looks like you're trying to clear the Ezoic cache? You're pointing out an example URL that is being cleared, but your Dashboard requires that you input a URL that you want the cache to clear for: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/how-does-ezoic-caching-app-work
Don't worry about the examples or what's showing in grey in the Dashboard, you have to input a new value of the URL you want to clear for.
I'm not sure, again, how that's directly related to us pointing out that you are using incompatible caching on the site. Clearing the Ezoic cache isn't going to result in any changes to your own sites caching setup.
You don't want to 'disable CDN' - that turns off Ezoic caching.
But again, this isn't related to the issue we've tried to point out to you.
Here's where you need to be focusing:
Right now, when we visit your site, we can see incompatible caching headers referencing a type of caching known as 'edge' or HTML caching (also known as page-level/browser caching) . It's stopping Ezoic from optimizing the page at all - we can't even begin to address the caching hit rate effectively with this caching in front of Ezoic. You won't see any cache hits, and you most likely won't see any revenue being generated because this caching that's in place by either a plugin or your Host is completely stopping Ezoic from being able to optimize.
Again, you need to disable any incompatible caching - the host might say 'caching is working from our side', but that's exactly the issue. They're most likely using HTML/browser caching (there's a header that say 'edge caching' right now) that needs to be disabled for Ezoic to work properly.
