Why don't I have access to the Yield > Ads by Placeholder report?

What happened to the Yield > Ads by Placeholder report? I would like to see which ads are earning me the most, I've attached a screenshot of Ezoic's guide directing me to this report, as well as seen it in some YouTube videos. But I do not have this report on my Analytics, only Ad Density.

How do I get access to this report?

bigjerm616 Yield reports for individual placeholders is a feature available only to those on Ezoic premium.
