This will actually be because your primary records must be updated in Ezoic and not Cloudflare. Any records made or added within Ezoic will then automatically be reflected in Cloudflare. However, this is not the same vice versa as your records in Cloudflare will always show what is set at Ezoic (and not the other way around).
If you need to add any new records (such as for your subdomain), then you will need to do so on Ezoic's end. Once done, this will then automatically update to Cloudflare's records for your site. :-)
Just to confirm for my understanding, have you been able to add the record successfully now or is it showing the incorrect IP address for said record?
