A few days a lot of users had problems logging into Ezoic, which has since been fixed.
While I was not able to login to my dashboard, I was able to login into the Community and report it.
But what if that doesn't work next time?
How can I notify the Community next time I have login issues? I cant create another email account since Ezoic doesn't allow multiple accounts.
Is there any way to reach Ezoic without logging in in case of a problem?
My understanding is you can only email Ezoic if you have a ticket number, but you can only do that if you can log in.
