We do advise checking that the Leap settings proposed are compatible with your site before applying them to your site, as this can help prevent any display issues.
If you do see any issues, I recommend enabling the main settings one by one to determine what setting is causing the issue, once you have determine the cause of the issue, you can then look into the specific settings of that main setting, to further establish the cause. From there you can either remove or exclude elements from impacted by the settings.
1,2&3 I have checked this on my end and I am seeing that issue, however upon visiting your site directly from your origin ( bypassing Ezoic entirely ) I still see the delay in the images loading. So this seems to be separate to Ezoic, and as such I would advise that you look into this with your theme's support team.
It does however look like the setting "Script delay" is further impacting this issue, if once the issue has been resolved on the origin server, you are still seeing it impacted when going through Ezoic, we can set up the corresponding exclusion rules to prevent this.
4&5 I am seeing the menu and article blocks work as expected, and I am not seeing any differences between the menu on your site going through Ezoic or directly from your origin.
If you can provide screenshots, or screen recordings of the issues we are seeing, we can look into this further.
