Nika Let's focus on the origin error on the site, as this is what's making it impossible for us to migrate the files. It looks like if I go directly to your site's IP address - I'm getting a DNS error, which implies that the IP address for your site has likely changed and therefore, needs to be updated in your Ezoic DNS records, rather than a case of IP blocking.
The good news is that this is much easier to fix and once it is sorted, you should be able to migrate to our hosting without issues: if you still want to do so.
The steps to rectifying this would be:
- Get your server's IP address from your host. This may be accessible in your hosting dashboard, or you may need to reach out to their team. This article may help: https://support.ezoic.com/kb/article/where-to-find-dns-records-zone-files-at-your-host
- Navigate to the Ezoic DNS records, inside Settings > DNS.
- Find your A @ and A www records and edit them to point to the IP address above.
- If you need to set a TTL, "5 minutes" should be fine.

That should get the site working again. Let us know if there are any problems! 🙂
